Chik A Boom Heroes 01 - Ronnie "Z Man" Barzell

John Lazar graced the screen as the unforgettable Ronnie "Z Man" Barzell in Russ Meyer's tata's and tambourines megaclassic "Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls". Ever the bon vivant, host with the most (but beware his parties, he may just trip out and murder you!) and poet lauriet extrodinaire, Ronnie was a freak of the truest form. Hell, he even revealed that he possessed a set o' women's boobs under his shirt during his big wig out scene when he declared himself to be Wonder Woman! He got his sick kicks exposing people's deepest character flaws and pitting everyone against each other, using sex and jealousy as his weapons of choice. Ronnie exclaims at one point,"This is my happening, and it freaks me out!". Indeed it is, Z-Man, indeed it is.

Oddly enough, Lazar made a recent return as a character also named Ronnie Barzell in the 2006 film
"Vic". He also stared in "Climax", "Attack Of The 60ft Centerfolds" and "Stripteaser".
Welcome Z-Man, as the first of Chik A Boom's heroes!
